Holly Russo, RN, MSN, MS, ECS
Holly brings nearly 44 years of experience in the healthcare industry to her role as president and CEO of PatientCraft. She uses her 340B expertise to drive PatientCraft’s strategy, which infuses a layer of data analytics into managing and optimizing 340B programs.
Holly and her team independently evaluate 340B programs, provide audit-preparation services and perform mock audits to identify areas of concern including diversion, duplicate discounts, and eligibility.
Holly is an expert at developing compliance strategies, stakeholder integration, cash card programs, and patient assistance programs. She serves on multiple boards, provides educational presentations on a variety of healthcare topics, and is a published author and national speaker.
Holly has nearly 32 years of experience in upper management positions in the healthcare industry. In her previous roles, she served as Chief Nursing Officer for Sentry Data Systems, Chief Clinical Officer and Vice President of Hospitals for CaptureRx, and Pharmacy Optimization Consultant for McKesson.
She holds an associate degree in nursing from Palm Beach State College, a Bachelor of Science in management of human resources and organizational management, a master’s degree in nursing with an emphasis in education from University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in evaluative clinical sciences from Dartmouth College.

Michael Jones, CPhT
Michael serves as a 340B consultant and split-billing specialist for PatientCraft, with more than 22 years of experience in the pharmacy field as a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT).
Michael has educated and trained more than 80 covered entities and contract pharmacies, helping the key stakeholders at those organizations understand 340B compliance, split-billing functionality, and reporting.
As a split-billing specialist, Michael audits covered entities for compliance with program rules and ensures they understand how to most effectively utilize the tools and reports available in their 340B vendor solution.
In his previous roles, Michael served as a certified pharmacy technician and a pharmacy consultant. As a pharmacy technician, he was a department educator, trainer and quality assurance auditor for Memorial Hermann hospital. Michael was also the lead pharmacy instructor for Remington College, operation specialist for CompleteRx and a consultant for Cerner Corporation.
He is a certified pharmacy technician, an American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) member, and a 340B Health member.

Danish Palwala has more than 16 years of pharmacy experience including retail, hospital, long-term care and 340B, and has worked with OPUS, QS1 and HBS pharmacy systems. In his role at PatientCraft, he works with large data sets to analyze data, create graphs and make data more meaningful to clients. He also helps perform 340B audits to ensure compliance. Danish has experience with a large retail pharmacy chain as a pharmacy technician and with a large, long-term care pharmacy as a pharmacy data associate.
In his previous roles, Danish served as the assistant director of pharmacy procurement and operations, pharmacy IT business analyst, and 340B program manager for the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, and also as the lead pharmacy technician for ChemRx. He holds a bachelor degree in health business management from Queens College, he is certified in general and vascular ultrasound, and is a certified EMT and pharmacy technician (PTBC).

Joye’s 43 years of healthcare experience includes multiple roles within the healthcare and 340B arena. She served as President/CEO/Owner for a regional medical equipment company for over 17 years, with three office locations, employing a staff of over 85 people. She has 19 years’ experience in the pharmacy field, 14 of those years as a pharmacy technician (four years in retail, 10 years in hospital), and five years in the 340B program area. Joye has worked with 340B rules and regulations in all areas for a variety of entities, including a Rural hospital, a Disproportionate Share hospital, a Sole Community hospital, and an FQHC.
